expands!<br \/>\nWe are looking for someone curious, proactive and eager to get involved, without fear of experimenting with new technologies and innovative solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The resource will be included in the ICT Team reporting directly to the ICT Group Manager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ktk-container  ktk-block-container\"><div class=\"ktk-block-container__content ktk-block-container__content--bg-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title  \">\n    <p class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title__title\">Activities<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-wysiwyg  \">\n    <ul>\n<li>Manage help desk requests (incident, change and request) received from local users through a specific platform;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, configure and keep up-to-date company fixed and mobile devices based on the required corporate and group configurations and policies;<\/li>\n<li>Keep the hardware-software inventory up-to-date;<\/li>\n<li>Manage corporate telecommunication systems;<\/li>\n<li>Check and manage the corporate network infrastructure;<\/li>\n<li>Keep the company knowledge base on ICT procedures up-to-date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ktk-container  ktk-block-container\"><div class=\"ktk-block-container__content ktk-block-container__content--bg-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title  \">\n    <p class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title__title\">Requirements<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-wysiwyg  \">\n    <ul>\n<li>Diploma;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Experience of at least 3 years in the function;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Good knowledge of basic IT (Windows Client \/ Windows server environments, Microsoft Office applications);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Good knowledge of Microsoft Server systems: Active directory, print server, dhcp, dns, wsus, to be able to manage elementary operations independently and \/ or more complex procedures guided by procedures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ability to install, configure, manage and administer fixed and mobile devices;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">At least sufficient knowledge of local networks and their management systems;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ability to work in a team and independently;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Good communication and relationship skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The following will be considered pluses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer science degree;<\/li>\n<li>Degree in computer science;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of one or more relational databases and of the SQL language;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of one or more web \/ mobile oriented programming languages \u200b\u200b(for example Angular or Node.js);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IT systems management methods (ITIL, Cobit);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Prince 2);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data visualization systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ktk-container  ktk-block-container\"><div class=\"ktk-block-container__content ktk-block-container__content--bg-none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title  \">\n    <p class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-section-title__title\">Location<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-acf-ktk-wysiwyg  \">\n    <p>The resource will be based in Brescia, with possible day trips to
