SANCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with the regional rules (L.R. n\u00b0 29 del 1\/09\/1997\u00a0 art.33<\/a>) users of local public transport services are required to:<\/p>\n

– have a suitable and valid travel document,<\/p>\n

– keep it for the duration of the route and until the stop, as well as show it at the request of the security staff.<\/p>\n

The company personnel assigned to control hold the qualification of “public official” in the exercise of their functions<\/p>\n

The penalty can be paid:
\n– full (in addition to the costs of proceedings) after 60 days;
\n– reduced to 1\/3 (in addition to the costs of the proceedings) within 60 days;
\n– on board the bus at the hands of the assessing staff.<\/p>\n

Travelers who do not have a season ticket and \/ or identification card with them will incur the penalties indicated. In the event that the user arrives at the company offices within 5 days from the date of ascertaining the violation with their valid and validated subscription, the sanction will be canceled; in this case, the user is required to pay \u20ac 10.00 as a reimbursement of administrative costs.<\/p>\n

In case of using counterfeit title, the fine is \u20ac619 (art. 465 Penal Code); if paid within 60 days, the amount is \u20ac206.<\/p>\n

EXTINCTION METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n

The payment of the fine can be made:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. At the Aosta office (Strada Pont Suaz, Aosta) open from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday.<\/li>\n
  2. By bank transfer IBAN IT91D0306909209100000001309 – Intesa San Paolo s.p.a. reporting the number of the assessment report in the space called “reason”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In case of non-payment within the established terms, the Company will proceed with the forced recovery of the credit.<\/p>\n

    APPEALS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Within 30 days from the date of ascertainment of the violation, defensive writings on plain paper can be presented to be sent to: Area Ticketing \/ Arriva Italia srl Via Trebazio 1, 20145 Milan, or by certified email to the certified email address arriva@pec.arriva.it<\/a> with warning that in any case, the terms envisaged for the payment of these minutes are not interrupted or extended.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \n– on board the bus at the hands of the assessing staff.<\/p>\n

    Travelers who do not have a season ticket with them will incur the penalties indicated. In the event that the user arrives at the company offices within 7 days from the date of ascertainment of the violation with his valid subscription validated before the date, the sanction will be canceled; in this case the user is required to pay \u20ac 16.50 as reimbursement of administrative expenses.<\/p>\n

    In case of using counterfeit title, the fine is \u20ac619 (art. 465 Penal Code); if paid within 60 days, the amount is \u20ac206.<\/p>\n

      The penalty can be paid:
      \n– full (in addition to the costs of proceedings) after 60 days;
      \n– reduced to 1\/3 (in addition to the costs of the proceedings) within 60 days;
      \n– discounted by 30% of the reduced amount (in addition to the costs of the proceedings) within 5 days of the dispute or notification;
      \n– on board the bus at the hands of the assessing staff.<\/p>\n

      Please note that the amounts indicated are doubled in the event of recidivism within 3 years from the first complaint.<\/p>\n

      Travelers who do not have a season ticket with them will incur the penalties indicated. In the event that the user arrives at the company offices within 5 days from the date of ascertainment of the violation with his valid subscription, validated on a date before, the sanction will be canceled; in this case the user is required to pay \u20ac. 10.00 as reimbursement of administrative expenses.<\/p>\n

      In the event of found abuse of identification or free circulation cards, in addition to the payment of the fine, the definitive withdrawal of the document by the staff responsible for checking is envisaged. In case of using counterfeit title, the fine is \u20ac619 (art. 465 Penal Code); if paid within 60 days, the amount is \u20ac206.<\/p>\n
