New direct connection between Lake Iseo and Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport
From June 12 to September 13, the Iseo Express will be in service: a new pilot route directly connecting the southern area of Lake Iseo with Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (“Il Caravaggio” International Airport), offering a convenient, sustainable, and integrated solution for residents, tourists, and travelers.
Thanks to this new connection, a direct route will link Iseo, Clusane, Paratico, Sarnico, and Orio al Serio Airport, integrating the extra-urban “E” Bergamo–Sarnico line with the LS002 Sarnico–Iseo line, both of which will remain active and unchanged.
A service designed for the local area and for travelers
Thanks to the new connection provided by the Iseo Express, it is now possible to easily reach Bergamo Airport and the city of Bergamo from the main towns of the southern Lake Iseo area, without transfers and with services running throughout the day.
Frequencies and timetables
The service will operate daily with regular connections:
- 14 round trips on weekdays
- Operating hours: from 4:42 AM to 10:56 PM
- 12 round trips on public holidays
- Operating hours: from 5:03 AM to 10:56 PM
Tickets and purchasing options
The new service uses an integrated fare system between the Bergamo and Brescia transport networks, with single-ride tickets available for purchase via:
- App Arriva MyPay
- Contactless payment with cradit card
- Chat&Go via WhatsApp service
- Authorized local retailers
On the Iseo – Clusane – Paratico – Sarnico route, all tickets provided for by the Brescia suburban fare system remain valid.
