Arriva Italia: electronic ticketing kicks off in Brescia


A convenient, innovative, and sustainable solution: the new electronic tickets will in fact gradually replace the paper ones currently in use. The new ticket, which will therefore not have to be thrown away after use, is reusable and rechargeable at authorized retail outlets, and once on board it will be enough to bring it close to the appropriate device for proper validation.

EU LIFE Projects

LIFEH2OBUS is a project co-founded by the European Union, with the aim of building a European best practice for water management amongst bus operators, working within the public transport sector, with the aim of reducing water consumption to the lowest possible level.

In particular the challenge of ‘RE BREATH’ project, acronym for REduction of Brake weaR Emissions in the Transport sector is to improve knowledge of the emissions of non exhaust micro particles generated by Local Public Transport mobility braking systems.
